FAQ's & Concerns

 

1. I have not received my order but it says delivered.

Once orders have left from our store, we have no control over the packages. Most times, delivery services will mark packages delivered prior to them being delivered. In this event, please allow up to 1-2 business days for packages to be delivered. Virtue is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. 

 

2. I've received an incorrect / damaged order. 

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us through our "contact us" page describing this. Our team will be in touch with you. Please be prepared to send proof in order to expedite getting you a new order. 

3. Shipping

We are currently only shipping in the US. Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping. We ship orders through USPS. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly and that all information has been provided. Virtue is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package leaves our store, and in the possession of USPS we have no more control over the packages. 

4. Returns and Exchanges

We do not allow any returns, only exchanges within 7 days of your order delivery. Once your order has been returned, we are then able to start the process of exchanges. In the event that you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us through the "Contact Us" Page. Item(s) must past inspection showing that it has not been worn and is in good condition and in original packaging to allow exchange. In the event that item(s) have been worn, it will not be eligible for exchange.
